Jenna Aya is a strategic leader who blends business acumen, engineering expertise, and creative insight to deliver world-class, experience-driven projects.
As a Design & Integration Project Manager and strategic advisor, she has led a range of high-profile themed entertainment projects—including the design and construction of the THEA and ULI award-winning Indigenous Peoples Experience and strategic consultation on multi-billion-dollar theme parks and resorts across the globe.
Jenna specializes in aligning cross-functional, distributed teams from before concept through to opening day. She oversees the design and integration of complex systems across architecture, show sets, audio/visual, lighting, and media—ensuring seamless collaboration between creative and technical disciplines. She has provided strategic cost consulting for multiple mega theme parks worldwide, supporting capital planning, value engineering, and alignment of creative intent with financial objectives.
She holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, where she focused on strategic planning, organizational leadership, project management, and AI integration. Jenna’s insights have been featured in published academic textbooks on media and entertainment management. She also holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA, with a specialization in structural systems. She is a certified Civil EIT and an active member of several professional associations.
